What to do if you are not satisfied with any aspect of Womankind's service

The aim of Womankind is to provide the best possible service for our clients. We wish to deal with any complaints and concerns as fairly and as promptly as possible.

 

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service you are receiving, we will take your concerns seriously.

 

You can contact us directly or by letter, email or phone. (see contact details). You will be given a complaints form to complete and a copy of our complaints policy or you may wish to make an appointment with the Manager to discuss your complaint. If you need assistance in filling in the form, we will be happy to help, or you could get help from the Citizen's Advice Bureau.
