1 to 1 Counselling

How can we help?

We offer a space where women of all ages, cultures and backgrounds can feel safe and supported. Our counselling services can help you to understand how current difficulties you are having, such as depression, self-harm and anxiety may be rooted in past experiences. Talking about and understanding this can help you to move forward with your life.

We are based in central Bristol and our premises are accessible with a ramp, lift, parking and accessible toilet (on ground floor). Please tell us of any access needs you have, so that we can ensure these are supported.

What we offer

Up to six months counselling if you live in Bristol and can’t afford to pay for therapy yourself. We ask for a donation towards the cost of your counselling sessions depending on what you can afford to contribute. Please don’t worry if you can’t afford to make a donation as we can still help you.

If you would like more information, please contact our helpline on 0117 9166461 or 0345 4582914
