1 to 1 counselling

Women approach Womankind for a wide variety of reasons. Many women need help and support in understanding the roots of their difficulties.

Making sense of the underlying causes is central to our work. We believe that in helping women to understand the origins of their problems, which have led to troubling symptoms such as depression, self harm, anxiety and eating disorders, they will be able to manage their lives more effectively.

What women say...

My counsellor helped me to cope and deal with situations. I gained a lot of self-respect that I didn't have before.
